Handovers in Effect. The new heart of Muscat begins beating.

We are proud to announce that our first residents have moved into their new homes! On October 8th, 2008 the Van Buitenen family became The Wave, Muscat’s first residents. Construction Update. Delivering on time.

The final planting and landscaping is being completed on the main boulevard and the access roads through the development are moving ahead.

Construction is progressing well and The Wave, Muscat is happy to report that:

There are 662 villas, townhouses and apartments under construction.
Our Almeria South apartment block is now in the second slab stage.
The piling is complete for the Almeria North apartments.
The marina arms are now complete and the dredging works are underway.
The infrastructure for waterways has commenced.
Work is due to start on the golf course by the end of this year.
The entrance and Central Boulevard is open and fully landscaped, sign and all. The security of our residents is paramount to us so you will see that we have implemented a 24 hour security system across all of the residential areas to maintain privacy for our new residents.
